I observed yeast that is extracted from Makkolli. This is the picture of Makkoli that I used to this research. If you do this research with yeast, you need methylene blue that dye the uncleus and chromosomes. However, I couldn't get one, so I just observed it without methylene blue.
This is what I observed under my microsdope. Why isn't the yeast taken bigger and in particular? But we can see the yeast that is making their daughter cells by germinating like corals. These pictures are magnified 1280times.
This is the picture of yeast that is taken in detail that I quote from NAVER. Can you see the yeast that has some small swellings? Why does the yeast make the small swellings that are similar to themselves? It's because it has to do reproduction that is called gemination,one of the unsexual reproductions more efficient and quickly than sexual reproduction. So I believe that it's the reason why yeast reproduce into lots of populations in a short space of time! It looks like a jas grave that was made in prehistoric times.(the upper picture) This picture is magified 1500times.
This is the picture of yeast called HEFE in German. They were remained as solid. They didn't gerninate yet like the upper picture. They look like some small bones that has the color of milk. This ficture is magnified 160times under a microscope.
