From a few days ago, I've really wanted to observe ones of my tissues. So I searched about what can I do for my experiment of tissue on the internet. Then I found that this epithelial cell is proper to me to do an intersting experiment.
First of all, I had to prepare my microscope, the most important thing to this experiment. Then I gathered saliva with a cotton swab within the mouth. The next step was to transfer the saliva on a slide glass and cover with a cover glass on it. Then, the last thing that I had to do was just abserving that one. 
The two picures located beside this passage are pictures containing figures of my epithelial cell. Because I dyed that cell with methylene blue, certainly you can also see cell nucleuses in that organism. How fascinating this is! They are magnified 160times through a microscope.
